Matriarch

The Dwarven Matriarch is a figurehead position of Min Dubor's government left over from their days as a monarchy. As a figurehead, the Matriarch holds little real power, but stands as position of authority within Min Dubor regardless and is well loved by her people. The only power the Matriarch holds is the ability to veto a new Longbeard into power. It is a hereditary position, passed on to the acting Matriarch's next family member with their passing.
