Dragonslaying Proclamation

A proclamation made by King Myron Broderick Vaeronel VII during the War of Cinders, and extended past the war's end. The proclamation calls for the death of all dragons. Additionally, it details that any citizen of the Realm is entitled to a gold bounty of no less than 5,000 gold pieces for any dragon's head brought to a public servant authorized by the Realm to dispense bounties in the King's name.
