Galik Talwen
Galik Talwn is one of the least populated lands in Aelik, it has been estimated that the nation has less than half the population of Londe. This is partly attributed to the poor attempts to settle the land. But mostly it is because of the hospitable landscapes and the original resident's various monstrosities that dot the landscape.
History
The recorded history of Galik Talwen begun in the closing years of 600's 3 E with Imperial navy spotted the towering cliffs of the Fog Coast. As the fog parted the sailors were met with the sight of jagged grey cliffs climbing towards the heavens. In the coming years the Hellasin Empire would begin drawing up plans settle the land tap into it mineral-rich ground. Settling the land and bending it to their will didn't go as planned, the imperial settlers were met with resistance from the local inhabitants. All manners of hag, giants, and beasts called the land home and saw the newest arrivals as another food source. These were not the first humanoids the region, however, they are the largest trackable group.
Settlement after settlement was established only to fall within a handful of years.
