USPS Session 3: Station to Station Report

General Summary

After gathering supplies to strengthen the frontlines of the 43rd Vomethndan Infantry unit, the group work together with the arcsthetic-clad Lieutenant Sune to carve a path for themselves northward through the Ezlekhian frontlines.
The party found themselves in a clearing, which turned out to be a trap set up by a bloodthirsty Aarakocran Ezlekhian, Commander Chuluun.
Chuluun, even with turrets and firebombs in hand, was ultimately overpowered by the group of 5 (plus Sune), and his mudded armor and scythe were split between the party.
Just before Sune was about to part ways with the adventurers and their gypsy entourage, they convinced him to part with one of his hand crossbows, for the purpose of their safety.
Back on the road again, the party high-tailed it towards a place where they could finally enjoy some rest.  Though, in the middle of the night, Brynhil of the Pläded Krona and her bandmate Quen parted ways, which mildly annoyeed Roger whose sleep was interrupted.
Willow ultimately vowed to fill in for the soon-to-be-absent Quen at Tralljór's Soundwave Showdown, a battle of the bands taking place on the twelfth day of the next month.
Almost finally at their rest stop at Tralljór, the party came across a long-abandoned fantasma crystal-mining cave whose few tunnels were filled with the sounds of rushing winds.
Making their way to its bottom, the party notice a particularly large and noisy tunnel.  Feeling the need to tread carefully, Roger sends weasels ahead to scout, finding a skeleton clutching a bowling ball-sized stone
After their noises seem to anger something deep in the tunnel's receesses, they naturally roar back at it, calming it down.  After waiting some time, they begrudgingly trudge forward into the cave ahead.
Diaga snags the large item after seeing an image of a bedtime story they had heard as a kid; a bow whose multitude of strings could make even wyverns fall asleep.  After almost considering going forward, the party hears the angry roars once again, with Diaga getting sent packing with a sharp cut of wind on her back
Their narrow escape and shocking tales leads to many questions from Brynhil and the Pläded Krona, but eventually they continue on their way, making it to Tralljór's edges soon after.
As the party stand atop a hill, looking at the town beneath them, they are soon approached and surrounded by leather-jacket clad members of Clan Valross, who may have a bone to pick with these newcomers to town...
