This section is a sort of special chapter for players, but understand as you check it, your GM has to give approval and you should insure they read the material as well before they do so. These ancestries are meant to be powerful, but also rare, they are not a normal thing in day to day society, and some might even have to expect a certain...hostility with their existence from many regular people. They will have prejudices and difficulties to overcome, due to what they look like, what they are, where they come from, or normal perceptions, justified or not, about what they are. Characters of these ancestries being run well in a campaign of Adventures in Valerick require a certain comfort of the setting or some good Rule 0 discussions to sort of manipulate setting backstory and lore. However they are unique and might provide interesting and fun story-telling opportunities, and thus we have decided to present them in a useable and playable form.
