Beyin Hammersch
Beyin is Ayani's older brother. He is young , stylish, and very hip. He lives on the Sky Level of Hammerschfell in a penthouse near the top of the Palace. He has a balcony that he throws exclusive parties on. He's condescending and thinks he knows best. He is not close to his sister at all, in fact he's rather antagonistic toward her and her friends.
He's popular and charming when he needs to be, but he's a jerk when he can get away with it. Which is most of the time.

Beyin was scheming to attain and deface the Original Manuscript of the Journal of Hammersch. He somehow attained the journal and was injured either as a result or in the process and gave the journal to Tuubash, who he believes is working for him to decipher the journal. He seemed to realize how important it actually is.
