Void Major

Void Majors were the first Void Beast that adapted to the raxarians. They're very similar to Void Minors in pretty much every way, however they are significantly more intelligent. They are sent to lead packs of Minors during attacks, which enabled them to become far more coordinated and lethal. They started emerging through Void gates after 2465 BFB.

They are near identical to Void Minors in appearance, the main difference is that they are much larger in every way.

Average Intelligence

Void Majors are relatively intelligent. They can form straightforward plans and roughly coordinate the pack they are leading. They can follow more complicated instructions themselves but are still restricted to simpler objectives.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Their eyesight is still limited when compared to Void Minors. It is still much better though; their colour discrimination is significantly improved and they can see much further and clearer. Their hearing is also better; they respond better to sounds and can identify the direction sounds are coming from. They do struggle somewhat with specific location though, for example if a sound is coming from behind a wall or if it's muffled through a medium.

Civilization and Culture

History

Void Majors entered the War in 2465 BFB. Kour'Igon decided that swarms of Minors would not do enough on their own and so created a new form of Beast that could coordinate them while in combat. They started out in very few numbers, maybe only five or six in an attack, but the Raxarians certainly noticed an influx of Void Beasts that were getting larger. As the Majors proved themselves at managing their Minors, more and more were created until they became a staple of every pack of Minors. This was the first point that the Void adapted to the Raxarians and improved the Void Beasts. It certainly would not be the last.
