Void Minor

Void Minors are the most common and typical type of Void Beast. Quadrupedal dog-like creatures that can hardly think for themselves, instead opting for pack tactics and swarming their foes. A single one can be relatively easy to overcome, but a horde can overwhelm anything given enough time.

Basic Information

Anatomy

They are quadrupedal and resemble dogs. They have long snouts but no discernible eyes, ears, or nostrils. Their mouths can open unnaturally wide, with large protrusions jutting from their jaws that act as teeth. Their shoulders are broad and tough, with their forelegs being much larger than their rear. They have huge claw-like protrusions in their feet that they typically use as weapons but can also use to climb up steep surfaces such as mountainsides.

Additional Information

Average Intelligence

Void Minors are by no means intelligent. They can only follow very simple orders and do not really think for themselves. They will move with the pack; if some Minors start running to the right, more and more will gradually follow until the whole pack is.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Void Minors have quite poor sight. While they don't strictly have "eyes", they can still somewhat see, though not very well. They're short-sighted and lack significant colour saturation so everything looks blended and dim. They are capable of hearing but it is difficult for them to distinguish exactly where sounds are coming from, or to recognise what the sound actually is.

Civilization and Culture

History

Void Minors were used in the War for Adremesis for it's entirety. They were initially the only Beast used but they gradually fell out of favour as their tactics evolved and adapted, however there was always at least one pack in every attack.
