Wardens of Tyranus
The Wardens of Tyranus are a sinister alliance of deities who seek to impose control, dominance, and terror upon the mortal and divine realms. At the helm is Tyranus, the authoritarian god of slavery and nobility, whose iron will shapes the alliance's vision of a world where the strong rule unchallenged and the weak exist solely to serve. Tyranus envisions a rigid hierarchy sustained by chains of servitude, enforced through fear, and bolstered by the inevitability of war.
The alliance is bolstered by three malevolent lesser gods, each reinforcing Tyranus’s vision with their own dark domains:
- Remor, the god of war, embodies the disciplined brutality required to maintain the dominion of the strong. A cold tactician and relentless conqueror, Remor ensures that Tyranus’s hierarchy is enforced through ceaseless campaigns of violence and conquest.
- Undine, the god of fear, operates in the shadows, ensuring obedience through terror. Undine’s presence seeps into the minds of mortals and deities alike, instilling dread and crushing rebellion before it can take root.
- Rahu, the chaotic god of night, represents the unrestrained destruction that comes when order collapses. While Rahu revels in chaos, his dark nights serve to obscure the Wardens’ movements, fostering paranoia and confusion among their enemies.
The Wardens of Tyranus maintain a brutal unity of purpose: to uphold a world where power and control reign supreme. While Tyranus and Remor provide order and structure, Undine’s fear keeps would-be dissenters in line, and Rahu’s chaotic influence prevents their enemies from mounting organized resistance.
