The Hilan Hills
Located just outside of @Currome, the Hilan hills makes the divide between desert and grass feel like heaven and hell. Best known for it's yearly flower bloom, the hills are home to animals and children alike, the few stand alone trees coved in abandoned blankets and lover's initials. Any gardens or crop land are banned from the sacred hills, no one wanting to destroy the natural beauty found nearly no where else in Adonis. It is a get away spot for most creatures in @Currome who want a break from the sand between their toes. Thousands of creatures migrate to the city, filling every inn and guest bedroom in hopes of seeing the blooming. Yearly during @Tui, the flowers all bloom at once, creating a spectacular show of lights. After the blooming, the flowers will stay open for a few weeks, before dying in the scorching heat of @Takshia.
Geography
Gentle hills coat the horizon of @Currome, depending on the height of your building, you may even be able to see the fields from where you are. The fields bare, nothing but a few trees standing alone in the vast, green landscape. The land isn't completely flat, but filled with rolling hills just tall enough to keep you wondering where it may lead you next. The father you travel, the more of the ocean your eyes will catch, as the fields end where the land turns to sea. The grass stays green all the way into the deep water, allowing even the mermaids to enjoy the beauty of the Hilan fields.
Fauna & Flora
Almost every land animal known to Adonis can be found frolicking somewhere between the hills; herds of sheep, hoards of @Drawls, @Skalies borrowing within the soft terrain. The grass is always green, even in the unbearable heat of @Takshia or the freezing temperatures of @Tskoda. The few stand alone trees are rather large and full of branches and gentle leaves, begging to be a wandering child's playground. Animals and creatures alike travel here to get away from the busy streets and crowded shops, taking their shoes off and running through the plush carpet of grass. During the blooming, viewers are encouraged to stay away from the fields, as to not ruin the natural beauty of the colours. The flowers come in all different shapes, sizes, types and colours, the sweet scent traveling for miles.
Natural Resources
Most of the profit from the hills come from the tourists crowding the local city of @Currome to see the blooming. The city puts on the "festival of the blooming" every year to encourage more and more travellers. The festival is a grand show of dancers, food, and guests from all around Adonis, making it one of the most popular events in the @AduraDistrict. Tickets to the event cost up to sixty Iak, but that doesn't include the cost of the Inn, food, or even enure that you'll get to see the blooming.

The animals from the Hilan hills are known as a delicacy around Adonis, and their meat is highly sought after (and extremely expensive). @Drawl meat-grass fed from the fields-can cost up to three hundred Iak; burning a hole in your pocket, and stomach, as the meat is naturally very, very spicy.
