The Mysterious Wearer
SUMMARY
Equllis, commonly referred to as "The Wearer", is one of the last remaining Chancers, a race of humanity who have lived for hundreds of years. His armor is the rarest, created from iron wool in Agranillis. He has no loyalty, except to his score of assassins who follow under his banner. He has been known for murdering a number of kings and officials in the most turbulent of times. His wealth is unknown, but many assume he acquires large sums of gold and silver from robbing his victims.
MYSTERYS OF THE CHANCERS
Equllis is one of the last of the Chancers, an ancient race of humans who live substantially longer. He leads a ragtag group of his relatives, who rob anyone who they deem 'unworthy of sharing his world'. The Chancers do not wield any magical abilities, but have a natural knack to proficiently use bone daggers, a type of weapon which takes immense strength to use, but are very deadly.
EQULLIS' ORIGIN
Equillis grew up in the Abandoned Isle in the early sixth millennium, under the strict household of Geeral Stormoore. He had twenty brothers and sisters, only ten of whom made it to adulthood. When Equllis was only fourteen, his mother was brutally murdered by one of the Seven Holyfire of the time. Equllis swore to end the holyfire religion, and left his household. Many suspect that some of his followers are his remaining siblings.
EQULLIS' ALLEGIANCE
Equllis swears his honor to no man, but his ultimate allegiance lies with The Hellistic Chrome. The Unknown leader of this nation granted Equllis a plot of land, in exchange for his free service as a personal assassin. Equllis built the Spire of Etubaris on this plot, and lives there with his followers.
