"The New Plains" Report
General Summary
With the mists rescinded even further, we have a number of new locations to look out, the first of which are the plains southeast of the Djinni Desert. It's been a month now, and we're more than rested enough to continue our exploration towards.. Well. Yggdrasil. That's what we're all here for, isn't it? So see what those plains are like. Good luck, Dragons' Wings!The expedition started as any other, with a debriefing by Riswynn Fallack urging Dragons Wings to be careful in their attempts to explore the new plains that revealed themself when the mists surrounding Ysgard rescinded even further after the assault on the hellscape. The party began its journey across the fields of Ysgard, camping about half-way through the savannah leading to the plains. The camp went relatively unhindered, though there was a peculiar encounter with an elf who asked questions about "Clockwork Eyes". Lacking any sort of fealty to any sort of kingdom, the curious man did seem to come from Blue Star and be a part of some group, but ultimately did not have much else to say except for the fact that he was looking for something. In the morning, the party set off and quickly reached the river; which some say was the deadliest part of the adventure. One embarrassingly long story short, the party nearly drowned in very comical ways. Upon reaching the other side however, the party was immediately accosted by dinosaur creatures that were long since thought to be extinct on the material plane. Not that that fact prevented the party from engaging in wanton slaying, naturally. After spending an hour to rest and cleaning up their wounds, the party made their way further in - spotting a stone formation in the distance. Drawing closer, they spotted Baldr, apparently full on expecting Dragons' Wings to be on its way. Intense negotiations between the party and Baldr resulted in Baldr assisting Dal'Nazeem with setting up a teleportation circle just south of the circle, as well as his agreement to work ever so slightly closer with Dragons' Wings. Taking the portal back home, the party announced their success to the Guildmaster.

Baldr asked for a conversation with Astre Nicholson's guardian, Quostor Nykthos, arranging for them to meet just south of the Guildhall. They had the talk shortly after the party returned home.
