Riswynn Fallack
Guildmaster Riswynn Odin Fallack (a.k.a. Guildmaster, Ris)
The current head of Dragons Wings, Riswynn is the brain at the helm of the Guild and all of its operations. While he used to do quite a bit of fighting and exploring himself (most of it being part of his time at the army), he spends a significant portion of time now at the Guild hall, where he holes up in his room and does the mounds upon mounds of paperwork needed to keep the whole thing running. He does occasionally muse about missing his more active days, but he knows he's getting on in his years and that it certainly is better this way.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Riswynn is still in surprisingly defined shape. He is almost as fit as he was during his time in the army, though perhaps he is a tad bit slower.
Body Features
His body is covered in all manner of scars from his time in the military, standard issue stuff.
Facial Features
While otherwise standard for a dwarf, big bushy beard, big hair in general, the only startlingly different part of Riswynn is a large scar that goes from the corner of his right brow to nearly the top of his head - with a bit of offset to the right of course.
Identifying Characteristics
His strikingly white-streaked red hair is bright enough, followed with his hairstyle of mostly a mohawk, that Riswynn could be spotted from a mile away - even from behind.
Special abilities
Commanding a bunch of toddl- I mean, adventurers on an island that is a step removed from complete anarchy.
Apparel & Accessories
Riswynn is almost always seen wearing a suit of scalemail, even when he's simply working at his desk in the Guildhall. The only time he is seen without his suit of armor and is instead dressed in more padded leathers is when he lays his head to rest. It seems Riswynn is just entirely uncomfortable not being in armor.
His scalemail in particular seems to be pretty masterfully made. Each scale has nary a sign of any imperfection, all crafted with expert precision, and hanging on the leather underneath without a hint of shifting or moving out of place. It has a slight orange tint to it, but still remains largely silvery as customary of Steel. Emblazened on the front, however, in a large leather collar of sorts, is the symbol of Dragons Wings, front and center.
He also has small metal cylinders for part of his beard braids. Neat!

Contacts & Relations
He has many contacts within Blue Star Empire, and a lot of favors that can be called in. He has also had an extensive tour of duty that took him to mostly everywhere on the main-land, with the notable exceptions being the most dangerous parts of any given region - where military service was unnecessary.
Family Ties
Riswynn is still on very good terms with his clan, Fallack.
Religious Views
Riswynn worships Orvio, but does not fret over who anyone in the guild follows from the main pantheons. When it comes to those belonging to less.. scrupulous sources, he is far more on guard. Particularly if he was warned of their instability beforehand.
Social Aptitude
Riswynn is clearly confident enough to run a Guild, and certainly has enough etiquette to at least sometimes dissuade in-fighting and the like. He is very big on honor, respect, and trust.
Mannerisms
Riswynn is mostly respectful in his dialogue, and almost always makes sure to thank Dragons Wings' members for their service.
Hobbies & Pets
He enjoys smithing in his free time. It was his profession at one point, after all!
Speech
Riswynn has a low, somewhat rumbly voice. No real impediments to speak of, and is very formal in his speech more often than not, with a tinge of his military professionalism. He always, always makes sure to thank Dragons Wings for their service at the end of a quest.
