Military: Battle

After the failure at Black River Crossing, the Empire shifts focus to launching a smaller offensive in an attempt to seize the western lands of the duchy, hoping to cut off vital food supplies from the farmlands. The Imperial force is led by Captain Ilario Drest, who has orders to secure the hilltops and strategic outposts. The rebels, however, take the initiative and attack the Imperial forces in the early hours of the morning. The fighting is brutal and close-quarters, but the rebels manage to push back the Imperial forces and reclaim the area.
