Regulus is the oldest child of Sylvia Libria Munia and a prominent figure in the senate. He held the consulship of the Republic in 825. He is most famous for the many scandals which follow him. These range from mismanagement of public funds, to "indiscretions" with the husbands and wives of other prominent politicians. He is popular with the Axendrian crows due to his generosity.
