The group makes sure to drive out any competition for work on the docks. They also take bribes from the captains of visiting ships to ensure that nothing "unfortunate" happens to the crews while on shore.

The agenda of the organization is to ensure that the guild dominates the supply of labour on the Suzan docks. They do this in order to prevent competition which would drive down wages for dockwork. The main purpose of the organization is to ensure that those who are associated with it benefit financially.
