Purple Skies Report

General Summary

The party reconvened within the College of Nynthemar with the exception of Fhorge  . After some debating the party decided to head further into the deadlands. The goal is to find out why the Emperor's Hand was headed southeast. This mission was encouraged by Hillandril  who had no known knowledge of why the Emperors hand was in the dead lands. 
The party spent two months traveling the seemingly empty area encountering some Fey creatures and ruined buildings. During one night's rest, the party was ambushed by a large frog like creature looking for a snack. After some struggles, the party managed to fight off the creature. 
Continuing further in, the party came across a set of village ruins. During the mysterious night, Alton Fairfield claimed to hear voices no one else did. Alton and Severnius  continued to adventure into a ruined tower where Severnius entered alone and came out with a black spear. 
After Alton continued his shift of doors opening and voices screaming, the rest was interrupted by wrestless specters and a black mass of Shadows leading to a battle taking them to daylight which the party was able to finally rest in.
Finally, continuing towards the purple skies and red lighting, the party comes across a fully intact stone building. The chimney has a billow of smoke and smells of hot portage.
