Emperor's Hand

The Emperor's Hand is the royal guard directly controlled by the Emperor. The highly trained Knights boast shining plate armor, black and silver capes, and a black forward leaning Crest at the peak of their helmets. The order carries out the laws primarily within the Capital of Bazaraak, but will also enforce the laws in the outlying lands and make sure taxes are being properly collected.
