The Fog of Tai

The Fog of Tai, Temptress of Curses was the first and strongest curse Tai bestowed upon Acrine. Spiteful at mankind's success in creating The Princely City of Atcth, she concluded that would be the center of the world. This created a barrier on the eastward and westward sides of the world. While not deadly, nor a cemented block, this heavy fog disorients anyone who travels through, and will find themselves in a place of the mist's will. While not many tests have been formally written and documented, it seems to have no pattern as to where the unlucky wanderers end up. Initially, the fog was so strong that any fortification created outside of a small radius outside of the Princely City would succumb to its power, leaving them open for Tai's use. Any city created and destroyed then became under Tai's domain; such as The Shrine of Poison Tears, The Stronghold of Broken Worlds, and The Tower of Curses. The fog only began to dissipate once other members of the Gods of 10 created their own holy cities and domains; such as The Fortress of Mara, The Blessed City of Beheath, and the The Sentinel City of Gondorion which made the fog recede. Overtime, the fog became a thin divider between the two extreme sides of the world.
