The Blessed City of Beheath
The Blessed City of Beheath is the second most northern city, next to only the Eternal City. A very primitive city relative to the motions and advancements of the world, the blessed city believes in very traditional ways of thinking and culture. While very accepting of every race, many of the rules and laws there are to protect over hunting of animals or even over-foraging. This is because of the blessing from Beheath, God of Beasts and Wildlife, which within the vicinity of the city, animals usually of low intelligence can become sentient, and make a life for themselves. This only lasts while the beast is within the radius of the blessing, and may return back to their primitive state outside of said radius. Many of those who reside here go for either spiritual guidance, or to align themselves with nature once more. Beheath's prowling grounds, many around believe in his power and celebrate the gifts he has given to the world.
Government
The Blessed City holds a very tribal way of government, with the people voting for a chieftan, and for them to only uphold what the majority wants. The only rule higher than the majority of votes is the preservation of the wildlife and beasts that have put faith in the city to let them roam.
Defences
Many spellcasters or simple strongmen roam the city, with druids being a very common occurrence. At any given notice, the animals that roam the City of Beheath would aid its inhabitants in the case of an invasion.
Industry & Trade
The city relies solely on itself, and the minimum amount of influx from the surrounding area. While rich in beasts and flora, the people's first ideal is to not take more than they need.
