Nyasa

Deep in to tree cover of the Nyasa Jungle sits the City of Nyasa. This was once the capital of the Jungle territories prior to the Unificaiton. The importance of the city is still evident by the presence of a large castle structure in the center of the city. This used still to house the City Head as well as a political and military hub for the Jungle itself. Though the population is still sizable in Nyasa many of those who walk the streets are travelers whom live in the jungle itself, and travel to the city for periods of time when specific needs are required to return to their homes when completed.
The Serpant's Sword is housed here and those in service to the sword train here. Despite the Serpant's Sword serving as the primary City Guard and Military force here in Nyasa, and the surrounding jungle, The King's Pride and a small extension of King Enoxx's Council has built a small estate in Upper Nyasa.
One notible landmark of Nyasa is the ancient Cathedral of XXX. Though a Church of The Nidum was built with the Crown's Estate, many of the residents of Nyasa still worship under the old ways. Which is on par for much of the goings on of the residents of the Nyasa Jungle. Though they fall under the Crown and the governing parties were some of the first to sign the Unification, they still operate very independently from the Crown.
As any city in Acidenlay any resource a traveler could need could be found here. From a thriving market to smiths and guildsmen. Welcoming Inns are found near the city gate to welcome travelers with a warm meal and soft bed. Along the Nyasa River one can find shipsmiths that are always willing to charter a boat to cross or sail down the river. So dont worry, if you find yourself lost in the Jungle, you will find Nyasa welcoming and a safehaven till you are able to chart your next move.
