Aarakocra
Aarakocra nest high in the mountain settlements and villages built atop the tall tress of ancient forests. Allowing them to take flight and be in their element. It is believed these birfolk descended from the heavens beyond the great sky, and are decendants of The Nidum themselves. In fact it is believed that the first Aarakocra came to Acidenlay from Monidum long before the other Beasts walked, bringing the gifts of the Nidum to the creatures of the land allowing them to evolve. For this reason, within Acidenlain Society Aarakocra often find themselves as Clerics, Priests and Priestesses, and Temple Guardiandians for the Dieties of the Nidum. Though it is not to say they do not occupy other roles within social structures of Acidenlay. Wherever they fall within Society Aarakocra are kept to a higher moral standard or are quickly lumped in with XXX for their misdeads.
