The population are predominantly agnostic, and their cities are based upon industrial and scientific value, rather than cultural notions. Explorers would take notice of a specific star in the sky, known as the Needle's Point. It is said to align with Lyndewn City , a grand city that holds a vast amount of power within Aberway. It also traditionally pointed north, which led to it becoming a handy tool for all explorers in the Wayfarer's Belt. One traveller of note, who had vital in the creation of the new political map of Aberway, had profused his love to the Needle's Point decades beforehand. His love had emitted a strong sensation It is said that the artificial god of the Luminous Point had manifested directly from his love, a feat of power said to be unmatched by other worshippers of artificial gods. It is also the first recorded case of an artificial god being manifested by a single individual's devotion.
