Skooma (Lunal Grace Flower)

Skooma is the slang term for a drug made from the stamen of the Lunal Grace flower. The flower naturally occurs in tropical regions of Aasha, but in the last hundred years, various cultures have began to domestically cultivate the plant.   The Lunal Grace flower has broad white petals that blooms under the moonlight. The Sages that have studied the plant have concluded that the primary pollination vector for the plants is through nocturnal jungle bats who feed on the unusual nectar of the flower. During the day the flowers protect the nectar by closing.   Skooma itself is a powerful narcotic and highly addictive. This has made the skooma trade big business for various organizations as well has a general public health problem. Many governments have banned the sale and possession of the drug in efforts to protect is citizens for the often fatal side effects.
