Baedu'u is the God of determination, stoicism, self-denial, and exaltation through suffering. Baedu'u more than any other of the god understands the pain and suffering. It is told that during the war of ascension, Baedu'u was captured and tortured for 1000 days, but during his time suffering at the hands of the now Archcastigate his hide hardened, his strength grew, and his power swelled to the point that no chain could bind him, and no entity could change his course.   The worshippers of Baedu'u believe that the hardships of life are the refiner's fire of the soul. They do not back down from doing hard things just because they are hard and believe that every trial and tribulation in life makes them stronger. This slow, methodic, determination has made Baedu'u the patron god of craftsmen, artists, and farmers. All trades that require long hours at a forge, studio, or field to master and prosper from.   It is the reason that transmutation magic is attributed to Baedu'u. Baedu'u takes mortals and transmutes them into heroes, champions, masters, and leaders.
