Titan's Grave Mountains
The strip of land known as the Titan's Grave is marked on one end by Yggdrasil the World Spire, the world's tallest mountain. It creates a land bridge between Tolec and Barraskr , but is dangerous and practically in-navigable. Even the waters near it are teeming with dangers. Moreover, the warriors of Xbalanke await any weary explorers who venture across from Barraskr, and so this "bridge" is for all purposes, un-crossable.
The reason for its naming varies tale to tale, but all agree on one thing, that it is aptly named for under one of the previous suns, one of the creator deities of Aard, the Titans, was slain, and fell there. Whether the mountains seal it beneath, mark its grave, or are the remains of its body, the truth has been lost to the ages and the ravages of Sun's ends.
