The Orators of Blood, Tohil and Azulon

The leading body of Ixkik is the Orators. They are also the Weavers who have a level of power just below the Orators. The Orator Temples are, in order of heirarchy:
The Orator of Blood, head of the Temple of Blood name taken by non-noble initiates: Sanguine
The Orator of the White, head of the Temple of Tohil name taken by non-noble initiates: Alba
The Orator of the Blue, head of the Temple of Azulon name taken by non-noble initiates: Caeruleus
While the other temples worship primarily their namesake god, the temple of Blood worships Deep Magic itself.

Structure

The oligarch of Ixkik forms a heirarchical council.

Public Agenda

The Council of Orators is primarily concerned with keeping the undead at bay in Tolec, maintaining "order," though what that means can seem enigmatic at times, and preventing colonization of Tolec.
