Ologorun (O-lo-gOh-run)
Ologorun is one of the largest islands of the Broken Bridge and is where, in the Age of Storm a capital of the unified Broken Bridge was briefly established. It remains the center of commerce and politics for the archipelago to this day, with the old Emperor's palace now being acting as the Kitsungi - a unified senate where representatives from each settlement can meet and discuss political matters under an ironclad ceasefire.
Ologorun also hosts the largest mountain of the Broken Bridge, called Mount Nichirin, known for its beautiful fields of sunflowers.
Though the mountain remains a sacred site and is largely undeveloped except for some shrines the island itself has been largely developed with two major cities resting there.
On the West side of the island there is Higanbana, the City of the Dead, which is ironically quite lively but is also home to the largest graveyard in the Broken Bridge and almost every family has a family grave there.
On the East side of the island lies Ajisai, which houses the Kitsungi Palace, and is a cultural center of the Broken Bridge, housing the greatest performances of dancing, music and poetry.

Geography
Ologorun is dominated by the Mountain Nichirin, but also features devoloped towns and farmlands as well as the two major cities. There are no 'beaches' per se, but rocky coasts as is true across the Broken Bridge as a whole.
Ecosystem
Ologorun, along with most of the Broken Bridge, features temperate forests with mountains and valleys which alter the local microcosms. For Ologorun, the soil is rich and produces a wealth in crops and Nichirin Mountain also produces beautiful flowers that are gathered and made into goods which are valued the world over. Nichirin flowers are valued at ten times that of any other.

Ologorun has a normal cycle of seasons for temperate zones.
Localized Phenomena
During the day the sunflowers around the base of the mountain follow the sun, so in the morning the whole mountain seems to lean East, and then slowly shift to leaning West in the afternoon. An optical illusion created by the shift of the flowers.
Fauna & Flora
The flowers of Mount Nichirin are legendary for their hardiness and beauty, and some are even said to possess magical properties.
Natural Resources
Ologorun is incredibly rich in crops, maritime economy and the flower industry.
History
In the Age of Storm the Gnomish Warlord Dorros Hirai united all of the Broken Bridge under his banner and ruled from the Kitsungi palace of Ajisai, but he failed to lead in peace the way he had in war, and within a single generation the islands fell to war and separation once again, but his vision lives on in the Kitsungi, which is now a place of gauranteed peace for the Daimo to gather and settle disputes without bloodshed.
Tourism
Ologorun, as a cultural hub is a major center of global tourism.
