The Sibians arrive on the continent and buy their way into lands and lordship.

Fleeing some unknown threat, the Sibians sailed from a faraway land to make landfall amongst the Rebel States. They brought with them extreme wealth and was easily able to buy the loyalty and lands of the local people. Control over so much land made them an instant political power, which they enforce by dubbing themselves, lords.
