House Eresmos

The House Eresmos are a governing family of Sealtland and the Meldland (Ankou) who served alongside the Australis Dynasty closely.

A brief description:

• The governing family of Henoset Empire provinces Sealtland and Meldland
• A branch of the Australis Dynasty, they hail from the Southeast
• They occupy and govern Sealtland and Meldland but sometimes other parts too
• They are a large part of the military supplied to the Empire

Their public agenda (purpose, mission, aims)

• Govern Saltland, Meldland - at one point they had breached as far as Pestilentia
• They were very expansionist, possibly only on par with their Australis cousins
• A lot of genetic diversity owes to Eresmos-led campaigns for better or worse
• Known to be the backbone of many Petroleum guilds and the funding of Meldland infrastructure
• The only sect who seem to be in decent contact with the Atraxida and Solifugae, their behavior is similar to theirs

Describe their visuals (flag, motto, uniform)

• Their flag is that of a horned desert lark
• They unlike their cousins, wear a lot of sun-bleached clothing, a lot of neutrals and beiges
• They specialise in unusual textiles but mostly keep their clothes undyed or dyed a muddy shade of blue or orange
• A lot of them wear ear or headpieces which have horns, often made of shell and bone
• Eresmos means "desert" and they are considered "those from the desert"

Their secret agenda (if they have one)

• They are not entirely on board with the Australis, and it seems like maybe a revelation caused them to begin to favour Flint - the Eresmos family doesn't just disappear, it becomes the Druwits and emancipates itself
