Either drive the toads out of Frog Valley, or get them to improve their behavior toward the frogs.

History

Anne Boonchuy, in response of the murder of Hopediah Plantar has proposed a rebellion against the Toads. As frog traditions dictate, she was officially appointed as the head and decision maker. A precedent occurred and decisions were temporarily handled by someone else. This evolved into the Council.
