Arnell Hallowleaf
A High Elf Werewolf, and a Selunite. He was the father of Shadowheart, and husband of Emmeline Hallowleaf.
He was captured by the Cult of Shar, and kept as a prisoner in the Cloister of Sobre Embrace for almost 40 years, used to train initiates, especially Arnell's amnesiac daughter, the art of torture.
After Shadowheart broke her conditioning and returned to face the Cloister, she discovered her parents sealed in the Chamber of Loss. She wanted to free them, but Shar set a condition: she could either save her parents, or be freed from Shar's control.
Wanting her to finally be free, Arnell and Emmeline persuaded her to let them go in order to save herself. Shadowheart did as they asked, ending their lives. In recognition of their loyalty, Selune converted their spirits to moon motes, so they could watch over their daughter.
