After the fall of Niflheim the Dark Faeries exiled from their hidden Kingdom wreaked vengeance upon humanity. Their rage fell largely upon the Bhal and Grenn Kingdoms within their lands. Leading a horde of twisted and degenerate fallen Fae, collectively punishing all humans for the actions of the Men of Gog. The Queen herself did not lead these raids, but her youngest son Morvoren was often seen at the forefront. Dark tales of the death he rained down with his bow still ilnger in the psyche of Balgrendians to this day.
  After almost a century of oppression and slaughter at the hands of Morvoren, they inexplicably withdrew. Though raids continued to happen sporadically and the hatred of the fae towards humans seems to consume them to this day, there has been little organised action on the part of the Elves since this time.
  Of Morvoren and The Midnight Queen herself nothing has been seen since, and aside from a handful of anecdotal appearances in the ensuing two centuries the Queen has refused to make her presence known.
