Ironsea Estate

The Ironsea Estate is the Fuldair property of the Noble House of Fenbrook. The House has had claim to the estate grounds since before the founding of the city, and even relinquished some of their unused land to the city during its expansion in exchange for building and business rights upon that land. Ironsea is the second largest of the House’s Estates in Curtana, tied with Sempervirentis, and was the only location within Fuldair that the Silver Hand never managed to gain access to during the Annexation of Fuldair.

Geography

The Ironsea Estate occupies the northernmost side of the City of Fuldair, and comprises of an area of mostly flat land which rises to a small hill toward the north-west. It is made up of lush grassland, interspersed with varied woodlands and farmland, and features a small village, a military facility, its own Mage Tower, a Temple, and two manor houses. The Estate also features multiple lakes and caves, which lead to underground freshwater rivers. The entire estate is surrounded by a wall approximately 50ft high and equally as deep, making it more like a fortress than a standard Noble Estate.
