TITLE OF BILL

An act ot amend the home rule law, in relation to the granting of home rule to special territories under the control of supernatural communities.

PURPOSE

To ensure that the supernatural communities which have left the shadows can incorporate their territories within the State of New York.

Current law does not allow for the incorporation of special territories.

JUSTIFICATION

Many supernatural communities have settled and claimed territoritory for a long time. They provide many essential services to the members of their communities and often to other communities as well. Humanity can only profit from acknowledging these government-like structures and incorporate them into the State of New York.
