Kaityln (a.k.a. Kate, Wake of Embers)
One of the few Guardians to survive without being bound. She spent much of her childhood on the run, and is generally distrustful of people.
She learned to fight, and kill, out of necessity. If its her life your yours, she'll live, and nothing but cinders shall remain.

Kaitlyn is heterosexual, but that's not generally a concern for her since she doesn't stay in one place for long, and has rightfully become rather distrustful.
Even brief encounters are a hazard for her, so she obtains. She is an involuntary celebate.
Education
She was home-schooled by her adoptive parents as a child. In recent years her education has come from life in the streets and on the road.
Employment
She takes odd jobs delivering packages, collecting items or information for people. Essentially anything in which nobody asks unnecessary questions.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Making it to age 19 as a modern-day Guardian is a feat in and of itself.
