The north of the Base Camp is dominated in part by the Pterotorium, two massive hangars that are constantly filled with various airships, many varieties of Blood Claw - BS21 and Rexa - BS31 airshifts with the rare Hongden - BS42 floating overhead.
The field has a maze of metal slats weaved into the ground and cluttered with many points to latch lashes and pieces of the airships to. Built off the east-most hangar is a small office with a steady stream of people taking paperwork and materials to and fro. A number of stairways lead into the mountain below to even more hangars where the metal clanging of construction and work can be heard.
