Scope
The motivation behind building [bioluminescent]
I'm creating this world for a story with representation of my queer identities and of autism (written by an autistic), and that explores how queerness works with Christianity.
The goal of the project
I'm hoping to have fun (especially with the mushrooms and linguistic aspects), explore and come to a deeper understanding of gender and what the Bible says about gender, portray character growth (about gender, their world, the history of their culture and their land), provide respresentation of some queer identities including non-binary and asexual, and provide authentic representation of autism and other neurodivergencies.

Axl, Keeta, and Frog explore the ruined city of Arine, discovering various monuments, stuctures, and artifacts and thus learning more about The Arinean Kingdom and its culture.
Keeta must come to terms with the Arinean cultural concept of gender (which is fairly binary and biological), which is the foundation of the Askeen cultural concept of gender (binary-focused but less defined and more fluid).
