How to Disable Animations

Some animations on World Anvil can be disabled. If your browser has reduced motion settings enabled, World Anvil will respect them. If you don't, here's how to disable them on your account:

1. Click your profile picture at the top right.
2. Go to Features.

   

3. Under "Other Features", find the "Disable Animations" panel and click on it. Refresh the page.

Currently, this setting disables the slide-out animations for the Image Manager, the Notebook, and the Articles & World Manager.
