A shark man combination metahuman stands on a city street at night. His supersuit is skin-tight up to just below his pectoral muscles, where it leaves the top of him bare to intimidate others with his sharky manliness. His chest, the front of his neck, and his jaw are white. The rest of him is blue with red stripes.
A cityscape at night fills up the background of the image. Judging by the flare of white light at the bottom center, Carcharo may be standing in the middle of an intersection. If so, he has decided to ignore the oncoming traffic in favor of turning to look at the viewer. He has clenched one fist and splayed the other hand for maximum "scary" impression.
