Session 12 - 14: The Mountain

Acted out one of Wulad's new books together (he's very good at the villainous/darker characters. Just goth or views self this way? May want to work on that with him).
 
Traveled to base of Mountain without trouble (poor Talo was loaded down with supplies by Sark. Had to tease him a little).
 
Built a shelter out of woven shrubbery at the Mountain base while Marion, Talo, & Coward set up respective camps. (been thinking about the footage of masked insurgents at the Base and how they were the same as the ones Marion has. I want to ask him about it, but maybe I should ask ORION/ANTARES/Mr. Beep first?)
 
Met lizardfolk and their Raptor mount at a cliff w/Fulgencio (his name is Orlaine). They were mourning (and considered killing Fulgencio b/c he looked like the people who killed their pack/brethren).
 
Orlaine gave us each a magic feather, so we gave him something in trade (my leather armor).
 
Eavesdropped on Talo and Coward in tent (Talo was talking about how Sark adopted him).
 
Had "fun" convo with Pale One (considering trading the Key for the Orbs). Tried to figure out why it harasses Coward and Warsong (it does have plans and was "impressed" by Coward's development, which is worrisome given I am as well...). What does it want with the other Gauntlet? Is that even what it wants from the Sanctum?
 
Listened to Fulgencio talk to himself for the rest of the night (very upsetting).

Fulgencio is losing it more.
 
Marion saw a Large something watching us from above. As we got the ledge where he saw it we discover that it is a Jackalope (something in my mind thought of the word "Wendigo").
 
Fulgencio referred to the monster as Uluhne (he's really freaking Talo out, and me honestly).
 
Pale one sicked Jackalope on us (we did a number on it, but then it healed after taking a bite out of Marion).

Made it to the Top (cloud barrier below is weird. Magic? Could have sworn I saw people ahead of us being pursued by something...)
 
Coward laid his mother to rest.
 
Fulgencio wove a weird web above the platform.
 
I looked up and could SEE ORION!! I could talk to them more clearly and they told me what I need to do once I get all the Orbs (showed me a structure in a dark place (like where I was most recently cloned) which means one of the Drop Ships is still Functional).
 
Fulgencio brought Sepulcher through the web he wove.
 
The Pale One showed up and picked a fight (killed Fulgencio), but Marion smashed a glass (from Sepulcher?) and a very large lady Caiheen that smeared the Pale One into the ground.
 
Fulgencio metamorphosed(?) into a lady(?) that's difficult to look at (I... don't know how to feel about this...)
 
I got 2 orbs off the corpse.
 
Surprise lady 1 (named Gatbeth) told us about the legends of wish granting at the Mountain Peak.
 
Coward wished for the strength to save his sister (and he looks healthy! No need for Wulad!).
