Catching a Falling Knife - Part 11

I visited the galley (with a cigarette lighter and a cocktail napkin from the restaurant) where Captain Kolleen, Lady Zaye, Jedi Vanya, were interviewing Cadbury the Mentat. I announced that I had three issues. "Item #1, Everyone who was at the restaurant needed to take a shot of Crimson Chardonnay to prevent the 3-part poison from having effect on us. Items #2 & 3 are two things I haven't figured out how to handle, and I need help handling them."
 
Regarding Item #2, I told Vanya and Koleen & Zaye that I needed help figuring out how to prevent Commissar Celestina from causing mass slaughter on her way to Coruscant when she hears that Lt. Jessup has been broken by Iceheart's thinking machines and is now fully loyal to Sargon because it will not be public knowledge that we visited the planet earlier, and inoculated him against Iceheart's mind-control parasites, allowing him to act as a double agent.
 
Then I gave Cadbury a highly secure information drop box address written on the back of the cocktail napkin. After he had time to memorize the address, I set fire to it with the lighter and crushed the ashes to prevent reconstruction.
 
Regarding Item #3, I pulled the holocron out of my pocket and gave it to Vanya, telling her, "His name is Felseir Stempig. I don't know who is the owner nor what to do with it."
 
Cadbury went staring into space.
 
Vanya turned on the holocron. Felseir Stempig appeared and was glad to be able to talk to someone. Vanya put him on the trail of how to deal with Commissar Celestina. Danar forwarded her a link to his entry (and the flame war over the non-canon parts) of Felsir Stempig, the Jedi Outlaw Tech character from Jedi Quest. She asked about his holocron power supply. It was fine. She allowed me to keep the holocron rather than confiscate it.
 
V&K&Z left me to interview Cadbury in private, Mentat to Mentat. I closed the doors behind them.
 
I offered double agent status to Cadbury from my old liege, Emperor Gregor. The contract was as follows: Any bounty contract he receives, if both Cadbury and Emperor Gregor are amenable, he will receive 3.429 times the price of the bounty to accept the bounty and serve Gregor as a double-agent, perhaps completing the bounty or perhaps not, as the Emperor decides. And I claim first dibs on peer review of any calculation Cadbury makes that indicates anyone has a chance of having more money the Emperor Gregor for any bounty bidding war. Also this would apply to any current contracts that Cadbury might have accepted. Also there would be a bounty for the FG-36 sample that Grakkus had already gotten from Sargon.

If not, and if he is still alive, I will download my plans to clone Thrawn's body and transplant his brain into the clone body and leave bits of his original (dead) body to be found in the restaurant's food waste bin.

Danar called us to the cargo hold, where we workshopped our ideas to have our three captives able to escape us. First, Anrid Kali,
 
hicks called about BoSS is coming to ask us a few questions, the Bureau of Ships and Services. I stalled him a bit to give us more time. Our time was cut short by Captain Rex, interested in our story about the scuffle with the Mandalorian bounty hunters. The BoSS agents, one in typical bureaucrat uniform and one in massive power armor, came to the Starrise Falcon, a bit incredulous that this is the ship they wer supposed to inspect. They hit the chime at the entrance door. He identified himself as Lt Bar Pomoa, searching for Ravengard gang who committed an assault, possibly
 
helped double agent out through the air duct from the maintenance van checking for Minocs and replenishing the fire suppression system after a cheese sandwich incident which I would prefer not to describe.
 
A delivery boy delivered a data chip. Vanya showed him it was a noodle recipe.
 
It was a text message from Commander Ivana Makeus on Dantooine, two standard years ago. "... hopfully you will have sealed off one half of the holocron. the other half is with the keeper. the lightsaber is a warning. I have the kyber crystal that activates both the holocrons together. That holocron is not safe. ... Put it together. take it to Bendu ... It belongs to Bendu. When you go to Jamus, be careful of Operation Death Hunter."

I wish to develop a detector for these cyborg parasites.
I wish to team up with Omicron and Almon and find a way to cure Iceheart's cyborg parasites while leaving the appearance that they are still functioning. (Maybe alter their self-replicating feature to replicate the original personality, not the ones loyal to Iceheart.)
I wish to warn Mentis that Iceheart has found a way to overcome Mentat training, and let them know that soon KitKat will be sending Cadbury home after he is cured so that he can provide a complete rundown of the condition and how we cured it.
 
 
I wish to prepare Doc to be ready to take the FG-36 virus sample we will get from Grakkus and volunteers from the clones who survived it to develop a vaccine.
I wish to find out if the same cyborg parasites can interface equally with a droid.
I wish to call in some contacts in the Droid and Replicant communities to watch the droids who stand near the leaders (as Thrawn suggested).
I wish to rescue Jessup.

((K&Z wonder if the droids will kill just the hutts or all their major domos and lieutenants and family members too?
How did we temporarily disable Iceheart's cyborg parasite?
I need help from Omicron too against the cyborg parasites.
Vanya is interested in how this virus could affect so many different species. Only the Reaver virus comes close to that.
Zaye wants to find the funding for the new Void Widow program, taking it from the data banks of the training center. Yoshi agrees. Yoshi's "handler" was with Black Sun. They are at training centers. Zaye thinks Noki is trying to find her home.
