Conversation with my Reach. 2021/01/07

by Elliot Savage

The Captain didn't seem to like Cifs, maybe I shouldn't have mentioned him.

We were escorted back to the prisoners, but were diverted by the guard and taken to Jim. Not sure how he got here.

His airship is gone. He lent it to a woman...

We decided to try to break out the prisoners and take the airship.

The Lochflore spread some spores and Fynbar told the guards the spores were dangerous.

There are only a small number of prisoners, they look like pirates, not hive workers.

We convinced the prisoners to help us defeat the guards holding them, but some of them got away to alert the others.

The crew of Cifs ship led us to the ship so we could prepare defenses.

Cifs was not there, but will be returning eventually. We were not able to get any more information from them.

We reached the ship, and there was no one aboard. The crew began setting up defenses.

Myne seems to be in charge.

Cifs brought Kai back up to the deck, and tasked us with finding some kind of crystal (I didn't even see him leave).

Red Jim bluffed the guards, and somehow convinced them we were working for them, and needed their assistance.

We went to speak with Perkins, who had the crystal.
I realized the crystal we are looking for is an ancient artifact, from before the sorcerer.
This is exciting, I wonder what it is like, I only read about them at the library, but I my actually get to see one...

I know I shouldn't have, but I couldn't help it...
I touched the crystal, and absorbed it's power...it sounds really nice, like something was missing from my mind and now I found it again.
I don't understand it yet, but I think I just need to listed more...

Kai set fire to the hive as we were on our way back to the ship.

When we returned, we gave Cifs the crystal, but he knew that I had touched it.

He wanted to remove it from me... (I hope that isn't too unpleasant...)
