Letter to Mentor

The new branch is coming along nicely. I shall send my reports and all the needed information to the Council within a month following this letter. But a request for budgets and additional necessities will come sooner.
 
I write however not to exchange the mundane orders of the Archive. There are a number of activities and situations which are to be addressed upon this continent and in this city.
 
I have learned of a Blackmarket somewhere in or around the region. I am to be informed if we have any Archivists, Scribes, or Apprentices who operate with this ring.
 
I have learned of two instances of humans being brought to Dol Quor. It has happened as they fall into a coma. It is unsure if the coma is a catalyst or a side effect. A human woman, Camille has developed powers through exposure to a Quori calling itself Vaakri. I wish to be informed if we have any related events on record. Arcanist Iraeon of Phiarlan can attest to these findings. Should any data or notes be found on record, I request copies if not the records themselves.
