Arming the Troops

It's been awhile since I last opened this journal up, since then we have really got the ball rolling.
 
We were able to sweeten up the deal with the consortium, met up with the sugoi and forged an alliance. We got on to the Monolith, I got a pretty young amira loaded and we snuck up to the higher levels, I was born in the same class as gutter trash Zenithian, heh, if my mother only knew that I made it up to the upper echelons of Zenethian society. Made a few deals to arm the Sugoi, and got some extra toys for the crew.
 
After that we met up with some rebels and met their leader, the infamous Slum Queen Yjala Baktou, she was a tough lady, but she was able to take us at our word when I offered it to her. Izaldin usually does the talking, but he is a green around the ears pretty boy. I made the offer they can trust the word of someone who has been around the Horizon. I noticed Salah on the other hand, was calm and collected at the time, I wonder if she had demons chasing her too.
 
We also infiltrated the Zenethian excavation camp at that quarry, they have been digging up quite the haul, I wrecked a few tanks it was a good time. we made sure to take a few souvenirs with us. The Red Fox keeps always keeps his eyes open for things to go missing heh. They have a real serious deal going on there, a ground portal, I'm sure they won't figure out how that thing works, but the possibilities. If my former pirate queen employer got her hands on one of these, she could put the Consortium and the Hegemony at her mercy and her business partners would have them in chains.
 
This crew and the Deathwish are growing on me, I would even die for Amira or Hassan, but they won't get that out of me. We launch an attack on the Zenethian mining camp tonight, we tried to talk them down, Salah infiltrated and found various weak points. We need to scare away the miners one way or another, I had another dream about the Fox, something tells me they will not run away, they will die if they don't.
 
May their Icons look kindly upon them, the Deathwish... We were the omen, they should have taken us seriously.
