Commander of the Knights of Waukeen, Governor-General of Hung

Once a greatly feared pirate and marauder, Bhartoll was injured, then captured by the Knights of Waukeen. Before his sentencing, he was healed by the order's priests and found new faith. He eventually joined the knighthood and grew into the loved and respected leader Hung knows. He has lead the Knight of Waukeen and governed Hung for nearly 20 years.
