Telnar is a human in his 20s. He lived his early years on the streets before being pressganged onto a ship. After some time he made his way back to King's Reach and is now the point of contact for The Shifting Coin. He has made arrangements to meet a small team in Heartlands Rest.

Telnar was the local contact in Heartlands Rest for a large thieves guild based in the south which is looking to expand to the region of King's Reach.
 
He was recognized by one of the local guards who was originally stationed in the City of King's Reach. When he was captured he was given a trial (in name only) before being hung for the crime of murder.
