Telnar was the local contact in Heartlands Rest for a large thieves guild based in the south which is looking to expand to the region of King's Reach.
He was recognized by one of the local guards who was originally stationed in the City of King's Reach. When he was captured he was given a trial (in name only) before being hung for the crime of murder.
