A dark robed figure who was chased down by the Fate Bound after killing a dragonborn named Svegrin.

A worshiper of Thydos‌ who assassinated the dragonborn named Svegrin‌ . He was initially belligerent when questioned by the Fate Bound and refused to talk. He was killed by Shayne‌ with a sword cut to the throat, but after being raised back to life by Tenzin‌ he has been acting very strangely. His memory appears to have been effected by the ordeal. He is currently the prisoner of the Fate bound and is being held in the Temple of Morwen‌.
