Gregor Ironborn is a human cavalier fighter. He has a horse named Gonzo, though he is currently waiting for it to be delivered to Balefire Academy. He is a Junior Hunter of the Black Dragons.

Background

Gregor is from the city of Astens, which was originally a city founded by refugees from one of Balefire's neighboring kingdoms, Arkham. Because of his talent in horse riding, he served as a spy against Arkham in the jungles on Quaznam (or 'Nam, as he calls it), along the Balefire Border. His motivation for becoming a hunter is to continue serving his beloved kingdom, but he also relishes the opportunity to fight in glorious battle, dring of the finest ales the Balefire Kingdom has to offer, and meet the strongest warriors the three kingdoms have to offer. He has a horse named Gonzo.

"Introductory Arc"

Gregor was first introduced in the introductory arc as a Junior Hunter of the Black Dragons. In the dorms of Balefire Academy he shares a dormitory with Sedric Carlana, Lux, and Brutus. He also attended the Star Ceremony and was among the new hunters presented by The Grandmaster. He was present when all the new Black Dragons met their captain and accompanied his fellow recruits on their first mission. He was also present when Mortem summoned the group to his modern home, where the group discovered the God was the father of Lux.
